Cannon Spawner Device Design Examples in Fortnite

You can use the Cannon Spawner device to add a unique weapon to your island — because it’s also a vehicle, and a way to launch yourself into the air! In this design example, you will learn how to create a unique team game mode themed around two castles at war. Your players will use the cannons to conquer their enemy's castle!

Devices Used

• 16 x Player Spawner devices
• 18 x Cannon Spawner devices
• 16 x Objective devices

You will buiild the castles, add the devices, then set up the game rules with the Island Settings.

Construct the Play Area

1. Create a single castle on your island.

   

2. Once the walls are laid out, copy the base of the castle to where you want the second castle. In this example, the castle bases are close enough that players can use the Cannon Spawners to launch themselves over the walls of the enemy castle, or shoot at the enemy doors.
