SetLeashAgent function
Set the agent to be the new center of the leash. 'InnerRadius' ranges from 0.0 to 20000.0 (in centimeters). 'OuterRadius' ranges from 0.0 to 20000.0 (in centimeters) and no less than 'InnerRadius'.
